Change Management Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive Change Management workstream for the WX (IFM as a Service) transformation.

• Assist Markets in the transition of workplace and facilities operations to GBS, ensuring preparedness and business continuity.

• Manage the transition of roles, responsibilities, and operational methodologies from local execution to demand management, oversight, and collaborative service delivery.

• Aid in the establishment and expansion of GBS as the new IFM service delivery organization, which includes capability enhancement and onboarding processes.

• Create clear operational frameworks between Markets and GBS, ensuring alignment, accountability, and effective performance oversight.

• Foster stakeholder engagement, communication, and acceptance throughout both aspects of the transformation.

• Significant experience in spearheading organizational change in large, intricate, multi-market settings.

• Demonstrated capability in managing shifts in operational models, process-oriented transformations, and service-based transitions.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Confidence in advising senior leaders and affected teams.

• A structured, proactive, and empathetic approach to guiding individuals through change.

• Capacity to harmonize strategic insights with practical execution across Markets and GBS.
