This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.
• Create and direct the organizational change management strategy for the Finance Transformation initiative utilizing ADKAR principles.
• Maintain a cohesive change roadmap that aligns with program milestones and deployment phases.
• Establish success metrics for change management and adoption KPIs, providing regular reports throughout the program.
• Collaborate with executive sponsors to enhance visible leadership involvement.
• Identify potential risks to organizational adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct change impact assessments across both corporate and venue operations.
• Develop stakeholder impact profiles and readiness plans for affected functions.
• Establish criteria for business readiness and conduct reviews ahead of deployment phases and rollout waves.
• Monitor and report on readiness metrics to support go/no-go decisions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to address readiness gaps prior to go-live.
• Manage stabilization and monitor adoption following go-live.
• Build and lead the Change Champion Network.
• Create audience-specific communications, training programs, and adoption resources.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adoption through knowledge assessments and usage metrics.
• Facilitate the adoption of new reporting capabilities and automation.
• Lead post-go-live reinforcement activities to ensure sustained behavior change.
• Collaborate with the Program Owner, Senior Project Manager, finance process owners, FP&A, Corporate Technology, Human Resources, and venue leadership.
• Present findings to the Steering Committee.
• More than 8 years of experience in organizational change management for enterprise technology programs.
• At least one experience with ERP implementation.
• Proven track record of driving adoption within a distributed or multi-site organization.
• Working knowledge of finance processes.
• Experience in recovering adoption for a system that is already operational.
• Capability to build and maintain a champion or super-user network.
• Ability to communicate unfavorable readiness statuses to executive stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related area.
• Preferably hold a Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent certification.
• Preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Background in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or venue operations is preferred.
• Experience in training content development and learning management systems is preferred.
