This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Conduct thorough and well-supported valuations for residential properties.
β’ Efficiently manage assignments while ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
β’ Leverage available tools and resources to enhance workflow efficiency.
β’ Maintain professional and clear communication with clients as required.
β’ Keep abreast of industry regulations and best practices.
β’ Certified Residential Appraiser License (Required).
β’ A growth-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn, adapt, and evolve within the company.
β’ Capability to work independently while remaining receptive to feedback and process enhancements.
β’ Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Proficiency in appraisal software and market research tools.
β’ A professional demeanor and effective communication skills.
β’ Eligibility for Licensed/Certified Appraiser in Dallas/Fort Worth, El Paso, Austin, or Houston.
β’ 1099 independent contractor arrangement with competitive pay per report for the initial 90 days.
β’ Aim for transition to salaried W-2 staff team after 90 days for high-performing individuals.
