This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
β’ Conduct reliable and thoroughly supported valuations for residential properties.
β’ Oversee assignments effectively while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
β’ Leverage available tools and resources to enhance workflow efficiency.
β’ Maintain clear and professional communication with clients as necessary.
β’ Keep abreast of industry regulations and best practices.
β’ Certified Residential Appraiser License (Required).
β’ A growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and develop alongside the company.
β’ Capability to work independently while being receptive to feedback and process enhancements.
β’ Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Proficiency in appraisal software and market research tools.
β’ A professional and communicative demeanor.
β’ Availability to work in or serve the specified areas of New Mexico.
β’ 1099 independent contractor arrangement with competitive compensation per report for the initial 90 days.
β’ Aim to transition high-performing individuals to salaried W-2 positions after 90 days.
