This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Conduct thorough and credible valuations for residential properties.
• Efficiently manage assignments while ensuring quality and adherence to compliance.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients as necessary.
• Stay informed on industry regulations and best practices.
• Certified Residential Appraiser License (Mandatory).

• Ability to work autonomously while being receptive to feedback and process enhancements.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in appraisal software and market research tools.
• Professional demeanor with effective communication skills.
• Residing in Idaho, with applicants encouraged from across the state.
• 1099 independent contractor arrangement with competitive pay per report for the initial 90 days.
• Aim to transition high-performing individuals to the salaried W-2 staff team after 90 days.
