Certified Medical Dosimetrist – Radiation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Create high-quality, personalized treatment plans utilizing 3D conformal, IMRT/VMAT, SRS, fractionated stereotactic, SBRT, image-guided, and motion-managed treatments.

• Collaborate with radiation oncologists and medical physicists in an advanced radiation oncology setting.

• Utilize Varian Eclipse, ARIA, MOSAIQ, Brainlab, Radformation, and MIM for treatment planning and clinical processes.

• Exercise clinical judgment and offer suggestions to enhance workflows, quality, consistency, and efficiency.

• Engage remotely with dosimetry, physics, physicians, and multidisciplinary clinical teams.

• Promote patient safety, ongoing improvement, and professional excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• CMD certification is preferred; candidates eligible for CMD certification will also be considered.

• Experience in complex treatment planning and proficiency with Eclipse is advantageous.

• Familiarity with MOSAIQ, Brainlab, Radformation, or MIM is a plus.

• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams.

• Capability to work completely remotely during Central Time hours.
