Certification Technician 1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Certify and assess HEPA-filtered devices and cleanroom environments at client locations.

• Conduct minor repairs, adjustments, and calibrations utilizing specialized tools.

• Clearly and professionally convey testing results to clients.

• Precisely document and upload testing data and associated records.

• Collaborate closely with lead technicians, dispatch personnel, and management to facilitate service scheduling.

• Acquire hands-on experience by working alongside senior technicians while developing the skills necessary to independently certify essential HEPA-filtered equipment and cleanroom settings.

• Promote safety, compliance, and customer assurance at all job sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is mandatory.

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Willingness to travel domestically up to 60% of the time.

• Strong commitment to safety and meticulous attention to detail.

• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.

• Technical proficiency with the capability to troubleshoot effectively.

• Familiarity with computers and Windows-based software applications.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
