CEO Assistant Intern – Founder's Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Perform research and analysis on markets, competitors, customers, and partners.

• Organize projects, meetings, tasks, and follow-ups.

• Provide sales support by researching leads, preparing proposals, and managing the CRM.

• Assist in marketing campaigns, content creation, and the use of AI tools.

• Aid HR functions including recruitment, interviews, and onboarding processes.

• Engage in strategic discussions by challenging ideas, assumptions, and decisions.

• Offer support with any additional tasks that may arise in a growing organization.

• Collaborate closely with the founder on a daily basis via calls and chat.

• Acquire insights and contribute to various areas including sales, marketing, finance, HR, and strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• You must be enrolled at a university or higher education institution for the entire duration of the internship. This is essential.

• You reside in Switzerland or Germany.

• You are motivated, quick-moving, and dependable. Once you commit, you follow through.

• You think proactively, pose challenging questions, and share your own ideas.

• You communicate clearly and confidently in German; proficiency in English is an advantage.

• You enjoy utilizing digital tools and AI such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Workspace.
