CEO Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist small law firm owners in transforming growth opportunities into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.

• Identify revenue opportunities, profitability challenges, and operational inefficiencies.

• Enhance decision-making related to pricing, margins, cash flow, expenses, and recruitment.

• Set priorities, question assumptions, and ensure owners are accountable for implementation.

• Develop systems and processes that promote sustainable growth and profitability.

• Collaborate directly with owners of businesses typically generating between $1M and $5M in annual revenue.

• Deliver practical solutions and provide follow-up until business outcomes improve.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of eight years of direct business operating experience.

• Experience as the actual CEO of a company, holding full P&L responsibility.

• Successfully led a business from approximately $500K to over $10M in annual revenue.

• Accountable for the overall financial and operational performance of a business.

• Comfortable engaging with business owners, challenging their assumptions, coaching through tough decisions, and holding them accountable.

• A hands-on implementation focus and responsibility for achieving results.

• Proficient in identifying root causes, grasping financial drivers, and converting complex issues into actionable plans.

• Must have served as the actual operating CEO; experience in consulting, coaching, advising, fractional executive roles, or department leadership is not acceptable as a substitute.

• Required to identify the company's annual revenue when starting and leaving, along with P&L responsibilities and personal growth decisions.

• Must reside in AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, or WA.

• Must be available for a full-time commitment.
