This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and expansion of Write Edge’s operations in Hong Kong.

• Establish and maintain effective daily operations at the centre.

• Implement operational procedures to ensure consistency and enhance efficiency.

• Oversee attendance records, monitor enrolment interest, and gather parent feedback.

• Identify operational challenges and suggest practical solutions for improvement.

• Conduct consultations for enrolment and facilitate the admissions process, including trial classes.

• Evaluate enrolment messaging, trial formats, and strategies for conversion.

• Provide insights regarding pricing sensitivity and factors influencing parent decisions.

• Develop relationships with parents and address their inquiries and concerns.

• Collect parent feedback to aid in retention and referral strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate local marketing campaigns and promotions.

• Offer market insights, monitor campaign performance, and ensure timely execution.

• Plan and execute workshops, events, and business initiatives.

• Manage timelines, logistics, manpower, and resources effectively.

• Assist in budget planning and monitoring.

• Support the onboarding and integration process for new hires.

• Collaborate with HR to identify staffing requirements and assist in the recruitment process.

• Contribute to special projects related to operations, process improvements, marketing, or business development.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager, or Senior Teacher in the enrichment sector.

• Comprehensive understanding of Hong Kong's parents, students, and the enrichment landscape.

• Proficient in both written and spoken Cantonese and English.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong in administrative capacities.

• Capable of working independently, taking responsibility, and managing multiple priorities.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, project coordination, and problem-solving.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment.

• Resourceful, proactive, and effective in execution.
