This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Assist in establishing and maintaining the efficient operation of daily centre activities

• Develop and implement operational procedures to guarantee consistency and efficiency

• Observe attendance, enrollment interest, and feedback from parents

• Identify operational challenges and suggest practical enhancements

• Conduct enrolment consultations with parents

• Facilitate admissions processes and trial classes

• Evaluate enrolment messaging, trial formats, and conversion strategies

• Provide insights regarding pricing sensitivity and decision-making among parents

• Foster relationships with parents through effective communication and trust

• Address parent inquiries and concerns with professionalism

• Collect parent feedback to assist in retention and referral initiatives

• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on local marketing campaigns and promotions

• Offer market feedback to enhance lead generation, messaging, and enrolment efforts

• Monitor campaign progress and ensure timely execution

• Assist in workshops, events, and other business initiatives

• Manage timelines, logistics, personnel, and resources

• Aid in budget planning and monitoring

• Support the onboarding and integration of new staff members

• Collaborate with HR to determine staffing requirements and assist in recruitment

• Contribute to special projects concerning centre operations, process enhancements, marketing, or business development


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager, or Senior Teacher within the enrichment sector

• Comprehensive understanding of Hong Kong parents, students, and the enrichment environment

• Proficient in both written and spoken Cantonese and English

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and administratively proficient

• Capable of working independently, taking initiative, and managing various priorities

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, project coordination, and problem-solving

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on work setting

• Resourceful, proactive, and effective in execution
