Centralized Dispatcher – Property

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Allocate property losses to the suitable adjusters within 2 hours of receipt utilizing Salesforce, CTABS, and Excel.

• Evaluate adjuster qualifications, availability, performance metrics, and workload capacity to enhance assignment efficiency.

• Collaborate with 1099 adjusters, confirm their availability via phone, and document the assignments.

• Update systems such as XA, Symbility, and CTABS following assignment allocations.

• Dispatch client acknowledgments and inform regional teams of the assignments.

• Confirm client-specific requirements prior to dispatching.

• Work with regional leadership when adjuster experience or availability is inadequate.

• Escalate ambiguous or complex losses to clients or leadership for further clarification or reassignment.

• Promptly communicate any delays, issues, or escalations.

• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation across various platforms.

• Utilize Business Excellence reports and other data sources to evaluate adjuster workload and performance.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in claims, dispatch, or insurance operations is preferred, or a suitable combination of education and experience is required.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential.

• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities are necessary.

• Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and internal claims systems (such as CTABS, XA, and Symbility) is required.

• Must be PC literate, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills are required.

• Capable of creating and completing thorough, accurate, and constructive written reports.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

• Must meet or exceed Performance Competencies.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines is crucial.

• Proficient computer keyboarding skills are necessary.
