This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Operate within a designated operations function and carry out function-specific daily operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Assist branches by reviewing and documenting various essential functions.
• Provide training to Bank personnel.
• Address inquiries regarding complex procedures, applications, and access.
• Support retail operational domains such as SilverLake, Streamline, Vertex, Store Forward, OnBase, Info-Capture, New Account Setup, IRAs, Account Analysis, Sweeps/AFTs, IOLTA/RETA, Withholding, Procedures, Communications, User Access, Wires, ACH, Payment Processing, Dormant Accounts, Cash Services, or Escheat.
• Manage function-specific systems.
• Oversee function-specific user access for associated applications.
• Aid in Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity testing and real-event tactical teams.
• Engage in critical bank-wide problem-solving initiatives.
• Assess user feedback and propose enhancements for support processes.
• Review documented solutions and analyze trends to avert recurring issues.
• Recognize and apply process improvements.
• Support the annual JHA SilverLake release, including updates or defect reviews, testing, training documentation, and assistance.
• Update BannerNet to facilitate problem resolution.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, security protocols, and governmental regulations.
• High School Diploma: required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted).
• 0 to 2 years of clerical, banking, and/or client service experience with retail banking or operational exposure is required.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are necessary.
• Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently while meeting crucial deadlines.
• Ability to efficiently prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to positively influence others.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision while efficiently managing time and resources.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting principles/methodologies and issue resolution strategies.
• Proficient in advanced features of Microsoft Office and quick to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws/regulations pertaining to deposit accounts and banking operations.
