Central Monitoring Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate the initial and ongoing management of study risks.

• Engage in the selection and configuration of the Risk-Based Monitoring (RBM) platform.

• Conduct Centralized Monitoring for studies, which includes evaluating Key Risk Indicators, performing Statistical Analyses, and setting Quality Tolerance Limits.

• Present the results of Centralized Monitoring analyses to study teams and clients.

• Address issues within a cross-functional team environment.

• Develop and review plans specific to each study.

• Establish and oversee targeted Source Data Verification (SDV) and monitoring strategies for studies.

• Organize and manage Central Data Review activities within studies.

• Contribute to proposals and bid defense meetings by providing insights on Risk-Based Monitoring services.

• Communicate study challenges to the Clinical Data Science team and devise data-driven solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college or university degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• Experience as a Clinical Study Lead/Manager.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to work independently.

• Experience in Centralized Monitoring is advantageous.

• Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.

• Capability to work with complex data and derive insights into risk reports and trends.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and a quick learning aptitude.

• Familiarity with the processes and functions involved in clinical trials.

• Understanding of the study protocol and associated risks.

• Full working proficiency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, with strong Excel skills.
