This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop item setups and maintain catalogs along with product detail pages for Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
• Generate and upload bulk feed files for item setups.
• Resolve listing issues, including broken listings, variations, and suppressed listings.
• Follow up post-upload to confirm successful changes.
• Log cases to facilitate the completion of outstanding changes.
• Create new variations and modify existing ones.
• Upload images as required.
• Keep internal item setup records up to date.
• Effectively communicate with team members.
• Act as an internal resource for troubleshooting item setups within Merchandising & Operations.
• Identify and propose more efficient methods to streamline catalog tasks.
• Conduct merchandising audits and implement necessary item updates upon request.
• Investigate issues with downed listings and provide troubleshooting support as needed.
• Assist Merchandising & Operations specialists across each platform.
• Report directly to the Merchandising & Operations Manager.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in setting up, maintaining, and resolving issues with items on Amazon from start to finish.
• Exceptional attention to detail, self-management skills, and strong writing and communication abilities are essential.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience in managing tasks independently and creating new processes to enhance workflow is crucial.
• Must demonstrate accountability and the ability to foster trust.
• Proven success in working from home within a virtual, remote culture.
• A suitable workspace to effectively perform job duties is necessary.
• Confidence in troubleshooting technology-related issues is expected.
• Ability to balance work and personal life in a fully remote environment.
• A dedicated laptop capable of handling complex Excel documents is required.
• Must have experience managing extensive Amazon catalogs, specifically dealing with thousands of SKUs for multiple clients.
• Proactive communication skills, especially the ability to provide detailed progress reports and highlight potential issues early, are important.
• Proficiency in handling bulk catalog tasks efficiently and navigating complex Amazon backend systems is a must.
• Familiarity or experience with item setups, maintenance, and troubleshooting on Walmart, Acenda, or Target is advantageous.
• Must currently reside in the Philippines and possess legal authorization to work there.
