Catalog Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage the Amazon United States marketplace as the primary focus.

• Provide support and expand Amazon Global operations: NARF, Canada, Mexico, UK, Germany, France, and other international markets.

• Maintain and enhance product catalogs across platforms including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify.

• Utilize flat files to create, update, and troubleshoot listings with accuracy.

• Monitor and address listing issues, suppressions, and compliance flags.

• Open, track, and resolve cases with Amazon support.

• Collaborate across departments to enhance listing quality and drive marketplace growth.

• Deliver performance reports and insights to inform strategic decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Amazon Seller Central, particularly with Amazon US and Global (NARF + international marketplaces).

• Advanced skills in using Amazon flat file templates and executing bulk uploads.

• Strong understanding of marketplace content compliance and catalog integrity.

• Familiarity with Walmart Seller Center, eBay, and Shopify is advantageous.

• Proactive communicator with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.

• Comfortable managing support cases and resolving listing issues.

• Self-driven and adaptable in a fully remote work environment.
