📋 Description

• Lead and guide a team of three, establishing standards for quality, pace, and accountability.

• Distribute ownership among team workflows while addressing capacity, process, and performance challenges.

• Manage the production calendar for launches, campaigns, catalog updates, and ad hoc requests.

• Transform incoming requests into defined scopes, assigned owners, deadlines, and QA checkpoints.

• Anticipate team capacity, highlight deadline risks, and negotiate scope when priorities are at odds.

• Oversee product publishing for all product lines, ensuring precise metadata and imagery prior to launch.

• Create and enhance QA processes to identify errors before they impact the live site.

• Document workflows to enable the team to function independently of individual memory.

• Facilitate product work across departments, identifying risks and removing obstacles to progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in English with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Previous experience in leading or co-leading a team, demonstrating true ownership of team members and their outcomes.

• Proven success in managing projects with strict deadlines involving multiple contributors.

• Established history of developing or scaling a QA process for high-volume content or product output.

• Practical knowledge of a content management system (CMS) or product information management (PIM) platform, including an understanding of the underlying data structure.

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop.

• Knowledge of Illustrator is a plus.

• Experience with scripted or automated production workflows in Photoshop, or comfort in creating lightweight tools using AI, no-code platforms, or basic scripting are significant differentiators, though not mandatory.
