Cash Operations Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Oversee cash operations across the designated area

• Restock ATM cash supplies

• Execute cash collections from ATMs and Smart Safes

• Deliver coin requests and manage deposits

• Adhere to cash handling and security protocols

• Accurately and efficiently complete route assignments

• Conduct first-level maintenance on ATMs, Smart Safes, and AirVac machines

• Resolve ATM jams and restock receipt paper

• Carry out machine diagnostics and reset equipment

• Implement software updates

• Forward complex issues to the expert technical support team

• Cultivate strong customer relationships

• Address customer inquiries in a professional manner

• Liaise with dispatch and operations teams

• Accurately and timely complete service documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Valid Driver's License

• Clean Driving Record

• Capability to lift and transport equipment as needed, including heavy items

• Strong attention to detail

• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities

• Ability to work autonomously and manage daily tasks

• Preferred: Experience in cash handling

• Preferred: Experience in route-based services

• Preferred: Mechanical or technical troubleshooting skills

• Preferred: Background in a customer-facing field environment
