Cash Operations Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Replenish cash inventories in ATMs

• Execute cash pulls for ATMs and Smart Safes

• Deliver coin orders and handle deposits

• Adhere to all cash handling and security protocols

• Accurately and efficiently complete route assignments

• Resolve ATM jams

• Restock receipt paper

• Conduct machine diagnostics

• Reboot equipment as necessary

• Install software updates

• Refer complex issues to the specialized technical support team

• Foster strong relationships with customers

• Address customer needs in a professional manner

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams

• Ensure all service documentation is completed accurately and punctually

• Carry out first-line maintenance on ATMs, Smart Safes, and AirVac equipment within the assigned area

• Operate independently with minimal supervision while overseeing cash operations, route tasks, customer service, and basic troubleshooting

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED

• Valid Driver's License

• Clean driving record

• Capacity to lift and move equipment as needed

• Strong attention to detail

• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities

• Capability to work independently and manage daily tasks

• Preferred: Experience in cash handling

• Preferred: Route-based service experience

• Preferred: Mechanical or technical troubleshooting skills

• Preferred: Experience in a customer-facing field environment

• Ability to meet specified physical demands, including lifting and using equipment for heavy items

• Normal near, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision

• Normal auditory perception
