Cash Operations Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Oversee cash operations within the designated territory

• Replenish cash inventories in ATMs

• Execute cash pulls for ATMs and Smart Safes

• Deliver coin orders and manage deposit processes

• Adhere to cash handling and security protocols

• Accurately and efficiently complete route assignments

• Resolve ATM jams

• Refill receipt paper

• Conduct machine diagnostics

• Restart equipment as necessary

• Apply software updates

• Refer complex issues to the technical support team

• Develop strong relationships with customers

• Address customer needs with professionalism

• Maintain communication with dispatch and operations teams

• Complete service documentation accurately and promptly

• Independently perform first-line maintenance on ATMs, Smart Safes, and AirVac equipment throughout the assigned area

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Valid Driver's License

• Clean Driving Record

• Capability to lift and transport equipment as necessary

• Strong attention to detail

• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities

• Self-sufficient with the ability to manage daily tasks

• Preferred: Experience in cash handling

• Preferred: Experience in route-based service

• Preferred: Mechanical or technical troubleshooting skills

• Preferred: Background in customer-facing field environments

• Ability to perform required physical duties, including manually lifting and moving items weighing up to 150 lbs., and heavier items using lifting equipment

• Ability to meet vision and normal hearing standards
