📋 Description

• Facilitate reimbursement processes to ensure prompt, precise, and uniform management of coverage-related inquiries within customer operations and patient support workflows.

• Oversee benefits-related documentation, case updates, follow-up activities, and reimbursement support communications to enhance case progression.

• Address routine reimbursement challenges, documentation deficiencies, and workflow exceptions to minimize delays and promote access-related outcomes.

• Preserve accurate case records, reimbursement documents, and system updates to bolster operational visibility, reporting preparedness, and workflow management.

• Track reimbursement trends, recurring issues, and escalation signals to encourage proactive issue resolution and ensure service continuity.

• Collaborate with internal and external parties to synchronize communications, clarify reimbursement requirements, and assist in case resolution.

• Contribute to process enhancements, workflow modifications, and operational readiness initiatives that reinforce scalable and future-oriented reimbursement support services.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in reimbursement support, patient services, customer operations, healthcare support services, case coordination, claims support, or a related area is required.

• Certification in reimbursement support, patient access, customer support, service management, customer relationship management systems, or process improvement is preferred.
