This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Management of assigned projects and/or cases.

• Compliance with the company's established processes.

• Telephone support: Implementing call center programs to provide patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies with phone assistance.

• Administer and follow case-management protocols, which include clinical monitoring, data collection, ongoing patient follow-up, compliance checks, therapy disruption/discontinuation monitoring, adverse event reporting, and coordination with primary healthcare providers.

• Conduct pharmaceutical and biotechnology-related market research initiatives involving physicians, patients, pharmacists, or other allied health professionals.

• Record each activity in the program-specific database.

• Offer feedback on current protocols, databases, processes, and inter-departmental relationships.

• Engage in the training of new caseworkers, which includes shadowing and call monitoring.

• Responsible for reporting all Adverse Events to the designated units/departments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Requires comprehensive training in areas such as business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or related fields, typically acquired through a two-year associate's degree program or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

• At least one (1) year of experience in customer service.

• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Experience in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors is advantageous.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
