This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• As a Bilingual Hybrid Development Representative (HDR), you will play a pivotal role as the initial point of contact in our sales pipeline, tasked with creating and qualifying opportunities that fuel our growth.
• You will conduct extensive outreach to a diverse array of prospective businesses, strategically aiming to assess mutual compatibility with our all-in-one digital platform, ensuring that Account Executives receive high-quality engagements primed for closing.
• Perform a minimum of 100 high-quality outreach activities each day, including warm/cold calls, emails, and social interactions.
• Facilitate qualification calls to gain insight into the prospect’s needs and identify how they can benefit from our comprehensive digital platform.
• Arrange meetings for qualified prospects, ensuring a smooth transition to the designated Account Executive.
• Acquire and implement various inbound and outbound outreach techniques to prepare for a specialized role in All-Bound Sales Development, ultimately aiming to progress into an Account Executive position.
• Bilingual Fluency: Must possess fluency in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak effectively.
• Career Ambition: Must have a strong drive towards the long-term objective of becoming a full-cycle Account Executive (AE) and working in a commission-based closing role.
• Proven Drive and Refusal to Fail: Demonstrates the self-discipline and consistent effort required to meet ambitious daily activity targets and bounce back swiftly from rejection.
