📋 Description

• Support reimbursement processes to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent management of coverage-related requests within customer operations and patient support workflows.

• Organize benefits-related paperwork, case updates, follow-up tasks, and reimbursement support communications to facilitate case advancement.

• Address routine reimbursement challenges, documentation deficiencies, and workflow anomalies to minimize delays and enhance access-related outcomes.

• Keep precise case records, reimbursement documents, and system updates to bolster operational visibility, reporting preparedness, and workflow management.

• Track reimbursement patterns, recurring challenges, and escalation signals to foster proactive problem-solving and service continuity.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to synchronize communications, clarify reimbursement criteria, and aid in case resolution.

• Engage in process enhancements, workflow revisions, and operational readiness initiatives that fortify scalable and future-ready reimbursement support services.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in reimbursement support, patient services, customer operations, healthcare support services, case coordination, claims support, or a related area is required.

• Preferred certification in reimbursement support, patient access, customer support, service management, customer relationship management systems, or process improvement.
