Case Processing Manager, Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Offer support for various activities conducted by the project team on behalf of both the client and the company.

• Supervise the designated ICSR staff.

• Develop and uphold project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR tasks.

• Enhance procedures, training, and other initiatives to boost ICSR team effectiveness.

• Suggest process improvements to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Manage ICSR deviations with assistance from the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Examine trackers and timesheet data to ensure precision.

• Engage in ICSR processing and second-level quality control of cases.

• Provide support to other departments as directed and approved by the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Serve as the designated team subject matter expert and assist other SMEs.

• Support the RA & PV Network Department as required.

• Function as the LCPPV for the specified country and PRLS for the assigned language, as agreed upon with the line manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related healthcare qualification, or experience in pharmacovigilance.

• 5-6 years of professional experience in pharmacovigilance.

• At least 3 years of experience in a line management position.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Skills in delegation.

• Proficient in planning and time management.

• Technical skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Advanced skills in MS Office applications.
