Case Manager – Plaintiff-Side Employment Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct welcoming and introductory conversations with new and potential clients

• Clarify the legal process and outline client expectations

• Develop rapport and trust from the initial interaction

• Collect case details during intake calls utilizing informed employment-law inquiries

• Act as a continuous point of contact for clients

• Provide updates and address client inquiries with clarity and empathy

• Collaborate with attorneys to communicate client information and highlight case-relevant details

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Outstanding verbal communication abilities

• Friendly and confident phone demeanor

• Strong active listening skills

• Experience in conducting intakes or client-facing calls, preferably in employment law or a similar high-volume practice

• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated mindset suited for a rapidly growing, fast-paced firm
