Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiate insurance claims and facilitate communication with insurance carriers.

• Request, monitor, and follow up on medical records and police reports.

• Oversee lien and subrogation matters, ensuring prompt resolution.

• Collaborate with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand creation.

• Recognize and address operational inefficiencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in personal injury (PI) law, legal operations, case management, or claims handling.

• Process-oriented with strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in communicating effectively with clients and attorneys.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred, not mandatory).

• Availability to work during Pacific Time hours.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without any restrictions.

• Should not require visa sponsorship to continue employment in the United States.
