Case Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee a caseload of Workers’ Compensation claims while working under supervision and in conjunction with the Clinical Case Management Team.

• Gather and document information for Workers’ Compensation claims, ensuring compliance with workflow and company standards.

• Process and arrange necessary treatment services in line with company policies and procedures.

• Confirm return-to-work and remain-at-work statuses through regular communication with claim stakeholders and documentation in the claims management system.

• Utilize both telephonic and written communication to accurately convey return-to-work dates.

• Stay informed about the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation regulations, the workers’ compensation process, and relevant company policies and procedures.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and internal assistance to an assigned team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, is required.

• Excellent organizational skills are needed.

• Experience in clerical or customer service roles, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred.

• Capability to perform keyboarding tasks on a computer.

• Ability to hear, see, and communicate effectively.

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills are necessary.

• Possess sound judgment and discretion.

• Ability to meet deadlines is crucial.
