Case Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess eligibility for cases and define project scope

• Strategize case requirements

• Develop and oversee project timelines to ensure deadlines are met

• Facilitate and supervise the acquisition of records and the delivery of services

• Initiate requests for records and conduct searches

• Distribute information effectively between clients and experts

• Monitor the progress of cases

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation by recording events and status of completion

• Collaborate with experts to resolve project challenges

• Engage with both internal and external stakeholders

• Communicate case updates and information both verbally and in written form

• Evaluate outcomes, track discrepancies, identify patterns, and propose recommendations to management

• Deliver exceptional service to clients

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, project coordination, legal support, or a comparable professional services setting

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory

• Some college education or an associate degree is preferred

• Strong organizational and time management abilities with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, NetSuite, Egnyte, or similar case and document management systems

• Self-driven with a keen eye for detail and precision

• Candidates must be residents of the United States and located within the Central Time Zone
