Career Transition Coach – Marketplace Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +5 more locations.

📋 Description

• Conduct weekly meetings with candidates throughout their engagement.

• Gain insight into each candidate’s career narrative, strengths, motivations, values, and aspirations.

• Assist candidates in formulating their Career Prayer™.

• Collaborate with candidates to enhance resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and professional stories.

• Leverage candidates’ networks through Career Prayer and strategic outreach.

• Identify target roles, companies, sectors, and opportunities.

• Prepare candidates for interviews and critical career discussions.

• Utilize AI and research tools to enhance preparation, insights, and personalization.

• Work alongside other coaches, operations, and the founder to elevate the candidate experience.

• Potentially establish a book of business with Respiris.

• Forge relationships with HR leaders, companies, and referral partners.

• Create a Respiris community within the coach’s local area.

• Organize local events, roundtables, and gatherings.

• Cultivate candidate and client relationships within the market.

• Mentor other coaches and contribute to shaping the candidate experience.

• Collaborate with the founder on market development, community building, and growth.

• A bachelor's degree.

• Significant professional experience across various companies, environments, industries, or business stages.

• Strong comprehension of how careers are developed, transformed, and redefined.

• Experience in navigating organizations, leaders, teams, hiring processes, or career choices.

• Superior listening, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

• High emotional intelligence and self-awareness.

• Capability to establish trust quickly and pose thoughtful, sometimes challenging questions.

• Strong judgment and the ability to operate without a strict guideline.

• Comfort in adapting approaches based on individual needs.

• Ability to identify patterns, recognize obstacles, and assist candidates in discovering innovative paths forward.

• Strong reliability and follow-through.

• Comfort in working independently while maintaining high collaboration with the Respiris team.

• Availability during business hours for candidate sessions.

• A curious mindset regarding careers, strengths, motivation, and human potential.

• Comfort in learning and utilizing various platforms.

• Ability to experiment with AI tools and enhance prompting.

• Ability to conduct quick research and comprehend how technology can enhance coaching.
