This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with employers, staffing agencies, and talent partners who are hiring graduates, with a focus on cybersecurity, IT, cleared, and GovCon positions.

• Identify and share relevant job openings that align with current market needs.

• Connect qualified graduates to positions that match their skills and aspirations.

• Provide coaching to students and alumni on resume writing, interview techniques, and professional branding.

• Collaborate with the Professional Development Manager to evaluate career-readiness deliverables.

• Represent NPower SkillBridge at career fairs, recruitment events, and industry gatherings throughout the region.

• Monitor placements, employer contacts, and outcomes using Salesforce.

• Discover business development opportunities for referral to the business development team.

• Report directly to the SkillBridge Operations Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience in workforce development, career services, business development, or employer relations with an emphasis on job placement.

• Proven experience in establishing employer or community partnerships that facilitate job connections in a results-oriented environment.

• Background in working with active-duty service members, veterans, or military-connected populations in a coaching or placement role.

• Excellent communication skills that are both clear and persuasive.

• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce and LinkedIn.

• Must be a resident of the Arlington, VA area.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary U.S. military installation access credentials and clearance.

• Must satisfy all relevant military installation eligibility criteria and adhere to security and access protocols.
