This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Job-related support — Assisting employees and caregiving staff within the service framework for daily living assistance as per §45a SGB XI

• Clinical nursing guidance — Offering advice and instruction on professional queries and caregiving scenarios

• Psychosocial support — Serving as a professional resource in demanding everyday work situations

• Case discussions — Engaging in case evaluations, team meetings, and expert conferences

• Training and continuing education — Facilitating training sessions and professional development initiatives

• Quality assurance — Contributing professional insights to enhance the quality of our services

• Documentation — Ensuring clear and traceable documentation of the services rendered

• Flexible delivery — Available in on-site, telephone, and digital formats; however, exclusively digital work is not planned

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed qualification as a care professional (e.g. social worker, psychologist, psychotherapist, social pedagogue, special education teacher, physician, B.A. in Social Work, registered nurse/care specialist, health nurse, hospital nurse, geriatric nurse, pediatric nurse, curative education nurse, educator, household manager)

• Professional experience in the care or healthcare sector — adept at instruction, counseling, and professional exchange

• Quality awareness — a keen eye for professional standards and quality assurance

• Strong communication skills, empathy, and an organized approach to work

• Excellent proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written (at least C1)
