Care Management Support Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Assist in the management of care administration

• Offer non-clinical support for evaluating and assessing the needs and requirements of members

• Direct members and their families towards suitable care and well-being resources

• Promote engagement with resources that aid in member care and well-being

• Execute a range of moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support tasks

• Carry out calculations as needed

• Clarify area or department policies and procedures for task completion

• Recognize work expectations and quality benchmarks within specified parameters

• Organize and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision

• Adhere to standard policies and practices while exercising some independent judgment

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of Louisiana

• A minimum of 3 years of technical experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Experience in administrative support within the healthcare sector

• Knowledge of care and well-being resources

• Capability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently

• Strong attention to detail

• Enthusiasm for being part of an organization dedicated to enhancing consumer experiences

• Associate's Degree is preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Access is preferred

• Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads for remote or hybrid work environments

• A dedicated workspace free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information
