This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide compassionate and tailored service to assist each member in their individual therapy journey.
• Support members in understanding their options, overcoming barriers, and advocating for essential care modifications and services.
• Oversee new and existing therapy cases.
• Ensure precise documentation and coordination with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and internal teams.
• Track therapy progress and prioritize the needs of members.
• Manage both incoming and outgoing communications and casework.
• Address inquiries swiftly and accurately, utilizing critical thinking to tackle complex issues.
• Anticipate potential challenges and adapt to the evolving needs of members.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with members, providers, and internal teams.
• Cultivate strong relationships and guarantee satisfaction through professional and empathetic interactions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector, emphasizing care coordination, member advocacy, or similar roles.
• 3 or more years of experience in customer service, with a preference for case management within healthcare.
• Experience in a call center environment is advantageous.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and dynamic team setting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability to changing work conditions, and proficiency in multitasking.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work full-time during the hours of 11:00 AM–8:00 PM ET or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM ET.
• Commitment to attend 3 weeks of training: 2 weeks virtually and 1 week in person in Hayward, CA.
• Willingness to travel onsite for training and collaboration in Hayward, CA.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
