This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide compassionate, individualized support throughout each member’s therapy journey.
• Assist members in understanding their options, overcoming obstacles, and advocating for essential care modifications and services.
• Oversee both new and ongoing therapy cases effectively.
• Keep precise records and coordinate with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and internal teams.
• Track therapy progress while prioritizing the needs of members.
• Manage both incoming and outgoing communications as well as casework.
• Address inquiries swiftly and accurately, employing critical thinking to resolve complex issues.
• Anticipate potential challenges and adjust to the evolving needs of members.
• Ensure clear, proactive communication with members, providers, and internal teams.
• Build strong relationships and guarantee satisfaction through professional and empathetic interactions.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with a focus on care coordination, member advocacy, or similar positions.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably with case management in healthcare.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and adaptable team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adjust positively to changing work conditions while multitasking.
• A genuine passion for enhancing healthcare and assisting individuals, with proven success in a comparable role.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly learn and articulate the benefits of the VIVIO Health program.
• Dependable and responsible, with a commitment to taking ownership of tasks and continuously improving performance.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability for full-time work between 11:00 AM–8:00 PM ET or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM ET.
• Must be able to consistently attend 3 weeks of training: 2 weeks virtually and 1 week in person in Hayward, CA.
• Willingness to travel onsite for training and collaboration in Hayward, CA.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
• This is a remote position with limited travel requirements for training, meetings, and collaboration.
