This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Navigate and resolve challenges within accounts by providing customized solutions.
• Develop strategic territory plans aimed at increasing product demand and enhancing patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to meet customer needs and offer access support.
• Evaluate market conditions, competitive landscapes, and cross-functional dynamics to foresee opportunities and challenges.
• Leverage territory data and market trends to reveal local insights and support pull-through initiatives.
• Conduct impactful customer interactions, both virtually and face-to-face.
• Organize planning sessions with key stakeholders to address complex challenges effectively.
• Provide real-time access support and work in partnership with Patient Specialty Services.
• Utilize digital tools and omni-channel strategies to tailor outreach in both virtual and in-person settings.
• Travel 60–80% across a wide geography, utilizing driving and/or flying within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with extensive, geographically dispersed sales teams.
• Candidates with backgrounds in medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, or B2B sectors are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated history of consistent high performance.
• Experience in navigating and selling to large accounts and key customers.
• Strong analytical skills to prioritize and apply information effectively to resolve customer issues.
• Ethical leadership qualities and a commitment to promoting ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Candidates must reside within the territory or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory border.
• Ability to travel 60–80% across a broad geography.
• Capability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
• A fully valid and unrestricted driver’s license is required.
• Territory Account Specialist level necessitates 2+ years of relevant experience within the last 5 years.
• Senior Territory Account Specialist level requires 5+ years of relevant experience within the last 5 years.
• Executive Territory Account Specialist level necessitates 10+ years of relevant experience within the last 5 years.
• Candidates at the Associate level may have limited prior sales experience or possess 4+ years of military leadership experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional matrix environment and communicate clinical product information effectively.
• Desirable: experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategies, and new product launches.
• Desirable: knowledge of patient services, market access, buy and bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, or medical calling on HCPs.
• Customer-facing employees must adhere to customer credentialing guidelines, which may include vaccination requirements.
