This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Navigate challenges within accounts by providing customized solutions.

• Develop strategic territory plans aimed at increasing product demand and enhancing patient outcomes.

• Collaborate with territory colleagues, field teams, and home-office personnel to meet customer needs and offer access support.

• Assess market knowledge, competitive scenarios, and cross-functional dynamics to foresee opportunities and challenges.

• Leverage territory data and market trends to extract local insights and lead customer engagements both virtually and in person.

• Organize planning sessions with stakeholders to address complex challenges across various functions.

• Provide timely access support and work in collaboration with Patient Specialty Services.

• Utilize digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach in both virtual and face-to-face interactions.

• Act as the main point of contact for accounts and Healthcare Providers.

• Foster account relationships, identify common priorities, and connect customers with Novartis resources.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory from a 4-year college or university.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, B2B, or similar complex sales environments.

• For Territory Account Specialist level: at least 2 years of relevant experience.

• For Senior Territory Account Specialist level: at least 5 years of relevant experience.

• For Executive Territory Account Specialist level: at least 10 years of relevant experience.

• For Associate level: limited prior sales experience or 4+ years of US military service in a leadership role.

• Demonstrated history of consistent high performance.

• Experience in selling to large accounts and key clients.

• Strong analytical skills to identify, prioritize, and utilize information to resolve customer issues.

• Ethical leadership with the ability to promote ethical conduct and compliance.

• Must live within the territory or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory border.

• Willingness to travel 60–80% across a wide geography.

• Capability to drive and/or fly within the territory.

• A fully valid and unrestricted driver's license is required.

• Ability to convey clinical product information effectively.

• The company will not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
