This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Navigate and address challenges within accounts by providing customized solutions.

• Develop strategic territory plans that enhance product demand and improve patient outcomes.

• Collaborate with territory teammates, field teams, and colleagues from the home office to meet customer needs and provide access support.

• Leverage market insights, competitive analysis, and cross-functional knowledge to foresee opportunities and obstacles.

• Utilize territory data and market trends to identify local insights and aid pull-through initiatives.

• Lead effective customer interactions both virtually and in-person.

• Organize planning sessions with stakeholders to tackle complex challenges.

• Provide real-time access support in conjunction with Patient Specialty Services.

• Employ digital tools and omni-channel strategies to tailor outreach efforts.

• Identify and prioritize high-potential healthcare providers (HCPs) and stakeholders through data analysis.

• Enhance sales performance by fostering positive customer experiences.

• Engage customers in value-driven discussions to understand their challenges, decision-making factors, pain points, and opportunities.

• Cultivate relationships with HCPs, opinion leaders, and medical influencers.

• Collect customer business insights and convert feedback into actionable strategies.

• Share customer insights with internal teams to support content development, campaigns, and interaction strategies.

• Collaborate in a compliant manner with cross-functional teams to create solutions that meet customer and patient needs.

• Serve as a trusted and ethical partner to customers.

• Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours.

• Distribute marketing samples where applicable.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required.

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similar industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the past 5 years; candidates from medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, or B2B sectors are also welcome.

• A proven history of consistent high performance.

• Experience in navigating and selling to large accounts and key customers.

• Analytical skills to identify, prioritize, and apply relevant information for solving customer issues.

• Ethical leadership with the ability to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Candidates must reside within the territory or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory border.

• Willingness to travel 60–80% across a wide geographic area.

• Capability to drive and/or fly within the territory.

• A fully valid and unrestricted driver’s license is mandatory.

• Associate level: Must be a recent military veteran with 4+ years of leadership experience in the US Military, or possess limited prior sales experience.

• Territory level: Requires 2+ years of experience in a relevant sales role or industry within the last 5 years.

• Senior level: Requires 5+ years of experience in a relevant sales role or industry within the last 5 years.

• Executive level: Requires 10+ years of experience in a relevant sales role or industry within the last 5 years.

• Experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategies, and new product launches is desirable.

• Familiarity with patient services, market access, buy and bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical sales to HCPs is advantageous.

• Proficiency in English is required.
