This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Enhance customer interaction and sales performance through impactful face-to-face engagements within rare cardiac accounts.
• Establish compliant relationships with cardiology healthcare professionals, multidisciplinary care teams, and office personnel across designated accounts.
• Convey approved promotional and disease-state messages to encourage the appropriate use of Rare Cardiac products.
• Utilize product, disease, and market expertise to uncover opportunities, prioritize accounts, and facilitate patient finding and referral processes.
• Aid patient access by sharing information regarding prior authorization requirements, reimbursement assistance, hubs, and co-pay resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs, eliminate access obstacles, and further Rare Cardiac business goals.
• Employ digital tools and insights to strategize, implement, and enhance Rare Cardiac territory initiatives.
• Work alongside Therapeutic Area Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders to carry out promotional strategies and ensure suitable access.
• Travel throughout the designated Nashville, Murfreesboro, Clarksville, and Jackson territory, including overnight stays when necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or related therapeutic healthcare provider experience.
• A valid US driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. from any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• Ability to live within a reasonable distance of all business locations within the assigned territory.
• Capability to travel to all accounts and office locations within the territory.
• Willingness to stay overnight as needed, depending on territory size and business requirements.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of experience in specialty sales, ideally in Cardiology or Hospital settings.
• Strong knowledge of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement processes.
• Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and influential accounts.
• Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and strategic thought processes.
• Strong digital engagement skills, including proficiency in Veeva Engage and Zoom.
