Capital Markets Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports along with explanations for changes in the borrowing base or asset sale base in relation to warehouse lines and purchasers.

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly estimations, analyses, and reconciliations of funds flow, funds matching, and draws from various bank accounts. Collaborate closely with the Head of Finance to ensure proper fund movement.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly applications and reconciliations of payment waterfalls for multiple investors and stakeholders.

• Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports and follow-ups regarding covenants embedded in Flow purchase and warehouse line agreements.

• Address and resolve data discrepancies either internally or in collaboration with external partners.

• Act as the guardian of data reporting quality and reliability across all interactions with fixed-income capital market stakeholders.

• Assist in the accounting aspects of capital market activities.

• Collaborate with engineers to develop automated reports tailored to the capital markets function.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required; an MBA is preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in US consumer financial services companies focused on performance analysis and reporting.

• Ideally possess Capital Markets experience providing analysis and reports to Capital Partners.

• Experience in securitization analytics is advantageous.

• Candidates with CFA qualifications or exceptional talent may be considered for higher compensation.

• Demonstrated willingness to expand beyond conventional financial analyst roles, taking ownership of products and processes while learning new business functions rapidly.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are clear, concise, and persuasive.

• Strong attention to deadlines and detail.

• Creative thinker with a solution-oriented approach.

• Flexibility to work US Pacific Time from 10 AM to 7 PM (with a one-hour break in between).

• Must reside in the Philippines.
