Capital Analyst, Fundraising & Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on limited partners (LPs), family offices, and institutional investors.

• Maintain and monitor LP pipelines and outreach efforts.

• Take ownership of LP follow-ups and diligence requests.

• Prepare documentation for due diligence processes.

• Assist in deal intake and manage internal tracking.

• Support the workflows associated with due diligence.

• Create internal summaries and briefing notes.

• Oversee scheduling, logistics, and documentation related to fundraising activities.

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data across CRM and internal systems.

• Drive operational enhancements to boost efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-3 years of professional experience in finance, operations, venture capital, startups, consulting, or any position involving complex workflow management and communication with external stakeholders.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and data management; specific platform experience is not mandatory.

• Exceptional written communication skills and strong attention to detail.

• Alumni of Venture Institute or VC Lab Residency (preferred).

• Previous exposure to venture capital, fundraising, or investor relations (preferred).

• U.S.-based applicants are preferred.
