This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Perform door-to-door outreach within designated neighborhoods

• Schedule qualified appointments for roofing inspections

• Inform homeowners about roofing services and raise awareness of storm damage

• Monitor daily activities, leads, and performance metrics

• Represent Schmidt Roofing in a professional manner in the field

• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to meet weekly and monthly objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Outgoing and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

• Self-driven with a strong work ethic and a positive mindset

• Comfortable with outdoor work and able to walk for extended periods

• Reliable transportation is necessary

• Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays as required

• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

• Seasonal hours with weekend work expected

• Must reside in the Winona, MN area
