Canopy Anywhere Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Oversee and provide support to designated Therapists, Hope Coaches, and Pathfinders.

• Supervise daily service delivery to youth.

• Coordinate workflows and manage the assigned team effectively.

• Establish clear goals and expectations, offering regular support and feedback.

• Encourage collaboration, innovation, and a nurturing environment among remote team members.

• Facilitate systemic and individual growth and development.

• Guide and monitor adherence to the Science of Hope framework.

• Advocate for self-care, track progress, and promote continuous quality enhancement.

• Reach out to referrals within one business day.

• Uphold fidelity to the Canopy Anywhere model and the Science of Hope framework.

• Conduct bi-monthly supervision sessions with each team member.

• Aid in case conceptualization and care planning.

• Perform monthly audits to ensure regulatory compliance and quality practices.

• Manage crisis response plans and on-call protocols.

• Safeguard the integrity of child/youth records and personal information.

• Advocate for Canopy’s core values and ensure sufficient staff coverage.

• Post job openings, conduct interviews, onboard new hires, and administer disciplinary actions.

• Monitor and balance team workloads.

• Participate in supervision meetings with the Senior Director as required.

• Identify areas for improvement and develop actionable solutions.

• Facilitate staff training and conduct ongoing competency evaluations.

• Assist with program evaluation and the pursuit of continuous quality improvement.

• Review and adjust program designs as necessary.

• Support information collection, referral processes, and communication regarding individual progress.

• Prepare precise reports, ensure timely data collection, and adhere to reporting deadlines.

• Perform additional duties as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in an applied mental health discipline.

• At least five years of experience in related services.

• A minimum of two years of supervisory experience.

• Mississippi clinical license (preferred) or Certified Mental Health Therapist.

• Proven ability to work effectively with families and youth.

• Must possess the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

• Must communicate in a therapeutic and professional manner.
