Canopy Anywhere Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Oversee and provide support to assigned Therapists, Hope Coaches, and Pathfinders.

• Supervise daily service delivery to youth.

• Coordinate processes and manage the designated team.

• Establish clear goals and expectations, offering regular support and feedback.

• Encourage collaboration, innovation, and a supportive atmosphere among remote team members.

• Facilitate systemic and individual growth and development.

• Coach and ensure adherence to the Science of Hope framework.

• Advocate for self-care and continuous quality enhancement.

• Make contact with referrals within one business day.

• Conduct bi-monthly supervision with each team member.

• Assist in case conceptualization and care planning.

• Perform monthly audits for regulatory compliance and quality assurance.

• Manage crisis response plans and on-call protocols.

• Maintain child/youth records and ensure the integrity of personal data.

• Ensure appropriate staff coverage in the assigned service area.

• Post job openings, conduct interviews, onboard new hires, and take disciplinary actions when necessary.

• Monitor and manage team workloads effectively.

• Attend supervision meetings with the Senior Director as required.

• Identify areas for improvement and develop actionable solutions.

• Conduct staff training and assess competencies.

• Assist with program evaluation and the pursuit of continuous quality improvement.

• Review and adjust program designs as needed.

• Support information gathering, referrals, and communication regarding individual progress.

• Prepare precise reports and ensure adherence to data collection and reporting timelines.

• Provide regular updates on designated areas and progress towards established goals.

• Perform additional duties as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in an applied mental health field.

• At least five years of experience in related services.

• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.

• Mississippi clinical license (preferred) or Certified Mental Health Therapist.

• Proven ability to work effectively with families and youth.

• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

• Capable of communicating in a therapeutic and professional manner.
