Candidate Outreach Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Contact shortlisted candidates to present the company, job role, location, and requirements.

• Verify candidate interest, availability, notice period, and other necessary information.

• Engage in follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, or email.

• Forward interested candidates to the appropriate team.

• Keep precise and updated records of calls and candidate information.

• Conduct 100–120 outbound calls each day.

• Consistently follow up and achieve daily performance targets.

• POD Leads will oversee the team, mentor associates, and monitor daily activities and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed graduation.

• 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Current college students are not eligible.

• Proficient and fluent spoken English is essential.

• Professional communication skills over the phone.

• Ability to handle repetitive calling, follow-ups, and meet daily targets.

• Basic proficiency in spreadsheet applications.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Must be available for 9 hours a day, 6 days a week, including 1 mandatory Sunday per month.

• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or recruitment outreach is advantageous but not required for entry-level candidates.
