This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Efficiently attract, assess, and secure highly qualified candidates.

• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support company growth and enhance its reputation.

• Utilize targeted marketing and outreach strategies to engage experienced candidates.

• Emphasize competitive compensation, benefits, assignment variety, company reputation, and support to attract candidates.

• Develop a database of pre-qualified candidates for various regions and times throughout the school year.

• Leverage Symplr CTM, Bullhorn, and external database platforms to foster relationships and engage potential leads.

• Collaborate with Recruiters and Account Managers to grasp school and state requirements.

• Follow up on leads within 60 minutes.

• Create candidate profiles that include comprehensive work history, SPIN call documentation, references, education, certifications, availability, caseload preferences, and details about travel or local assignments.

• Conduct recruiter handoffs and coordinate with the Support Team for round-robin assignment distribution.

• Align candidates according to region and modality.

• Complete hot handoff sheets and schedule relevant follow-up tasks.

• Monitor daily engagement and weekly submissions for leadership reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sourcing/recruiting experience; 2+ years is preferred.

• At least 1 year of office experience.

• Proficient computer and technological skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and recruitment software/tools.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and sufficient experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Ability to assess experience, education, active licensure, and active certifications.

• Capability to meet specialty skills and licensure requirements.

• Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST.
