Cancer Research – Fundraising Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Raise funds over the phone for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center through DCM, a professional fundraising agency.

• Reach out to donors on behalf of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

• Motivate donors to contribute to cancer research and patient care initiatives.

• Effectively deliver a script and secure donations.

• Offer exceptional customer service.

• Complete required paid training.

• Apply via phone or through the DCM careers website.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in fundraising.

• Capability to finalize donations.

• Proficient in using various software platforms and computer literate.

• Ability to adhere to instructions and persuasively read from a script.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Must possess a computer or laptop with a headset or headphones, along with a reliable internet connection.

• Tenacious and diligent work ethic; self-driven while also being a collaborative team member.

• Must reside in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Illinois, or California (specifically Los Angeles and San Diego).

• A minimum commitment of 16 hours per week across four full shifts; a maximum of 20 hours per week.

• Availability for designated EST shifts.
