Canada Post Representative – Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to customers via phone and chat regarding delivery status, redirected mail, rates, and general service inquiries.

• Efficiently manage multiple chat sessions while ensuring that responses adhere to established service standards.

• Gradually increase chat concurrency from 1 chat during the initial 2 days, to 2 chats from days 3 to 10, and 3 chats from day 11 onward.

• Professionally handle incoming calls with empathy and a solution-driven mindset.

• Accurately document customer interactions and adhere to processes while utilizing various tools.

• Adjust to the changing needs of customers and support requirements across calls and chats based on business demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual (French/English), capable of engaging with both French- and English-speaking individuals in Canada.

• Answer calls in English 50% to 80% of the time.

• Maintain a typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.

• Availability to work full-time, up to 40 hours per week.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 11:00 pm EST.

• Availability on Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am to 9:00 pm EST.

• Must reside within the designated hiring location.

• Must live in New Brunswick, specifically within the zone related to the Moncton office.

• A reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 MBPS is required.

• A dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions is essential.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is necessary.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to de-escalate and address customer concerns effectively.

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• Previous customer service experience is considered an asset.
