Campaign Delivery Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of assigned omnichannel campaigns across various platforms, including email, onsite, social media, display, video, and sponsored links.

• Oversee the preparation of target lists, creative setup, testing processes, and compilation of reports.

• Monitor daily pacing and performance to ensure programs are fully delivered and meet client KPIs.

• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.

• Act as the primary contact for clients or agency partners on a day-to-day basis, escalating complex issues to the Client Services Lead.

• Facilitate communication among Sales, Editorial, Product, Data, Technology, and Ad Operations teams.

• Organize and prepare materials for program kick-off and concept review meetings; document notes and distribute follow-ups.

• Create pacing and performance reports utilizing internal dashboards and templates.

• Assist the Client Services Lead by providing insights and preparing presentation materials.

• Schedule and engage in client and agency check-ins.

• Keep track of campaign status, creative approvals, pacing, and under-delivery metrics.

• Capture launch screenshots and archive creative assets in Placements.io.

• Process target lists for business development requests for proposals and deliver reach and volume estimates within 24 hours.

• Communicate feasibility assessments to the sales lead.

• Oversee monthly billing and reconciliation against insertion orders.

• Submit draft billing summaries to the Finance department.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• 3–5 years of experience in digital media operations, pharma media and advertising, or the delivery of omnichannel campaigns.

• Practical experience with email, display, and onsite executions.

• Familiarity with target lists, pacing, quality assurance, and reporting.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

• Experience with endemic platforms or publisher-owned media is preferred.

• Knowledge of CRM/CDP-enabled activation models is preferred.

• Veeva certification is preferred.

• Understanding of engagement quality versus impression volume is preferred.
