Campaign Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Convert campaign requirements into segmentation logic, SQL queries, and actionable workflows.

• Implement campaign code and produce list pulls using established methodologies.

• Verify campaign outputs through reconciliation checks, exploratory analyses, and edge case identification.

• Conduct statistical assessments to validate segment distributions, thresholds, and suppression logic.

• Develop, enhance, and manage SQL queries for extensive data extraction and analysis.

• Assist with ETL workflows in SSIS (Visual Studio), including job oversight and troubleshooting.

• Utilize Tableau and Looker for data validation and analytical slicing (excluding dashboard creation).

• Recognize opportunities to automate campaign execution and validation processes to enhance reliability and mitigate risk.

• Ensure secure delivery and compliance through SFTP transfers, encryption/decryption, and adherence to governance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient SQL skills for segmentation, extraction, and analytical validation.

• Practical experience with SSIS and Visual Studio for executing ETL workflows.

• Demonstrated experience in validating large datasets and conducting analytical quality assurance checks.

• Understanding of secure data transfer protocols (SFTP, encryption/decryption).

• Background in marketing, CRM, customer data, or campaign operations.

• Familiarity with Python and libraries such as pandas, NumPy, or SciPy is advantageous.

• Experience with version control systems (Git) and modernizing legacy data processes is preferable.

• Proficient in English (advanced level required for effective communication with international teams).

• Over 5 years of experience in data analytics, campaign segmentation, data validation, or operational analytics roles, with strong practical SQL and ETL execution capabilities.
